Annual report 2019-2020

The year 2019-2020 has been full of twists and turns, challenges and successes. Certain events have left their mark on the spirit of the professionals and strengthened, I am sure, the ties between us all.

This has been a year of both clinical and financial consolidation. We also developped brand new programs and activities for children. In December 2019, for our annual Guignolée, many of you were there to support us and assure us of your commitment.

I would like to thank the entire clinical team and our Board of Directors for the quality of the work accomplished and the respect of the values that drive us in social pediatrics. It is thanks to your involvement throughout this year, with children, that in February 2020, we validated the Dr. Julien Foundation’s R2 level of certification.

Our projects are being shaken up in this month of March 2020 by the arrival of this virus that seems to be very popular in Quebec, particularly in Montreal. We are not forgetting our priority, our mission, and we are adapting all of our interventions to continue to offer the best services to children who find themselves isolated and without a reference point. It is difficult to predict what the coming year will bring, but the commitment of Les Petits Renards will remain unfailing for the families of Verdun.
